It was not Bukowski's fault, it was not the fault of the post office, it was not my fault, everything about the order was correct about the order, even the shipping address. If you have an Apple Card make sure that the address that you have entered is the correct default address. I never use my Apple, except this time. I don't know how but when a shipping label was created Apple Card changed the address of shipping to my old address. I went to the old address and the package was still there, I was dumbfounded.
I am a bear collector and Bukowski Bears are amazing. The workmanship, the softness, the facial expressions, and most of all the perfect amount of stuffing. The attire of some of the bears is luxurious, making them even more cuddley. They are so soft and fluffy you just want to pick them up and hug them and when you do the amount of stuffing just makes them melt in your arms and you can't help but hug them. This is as close to the perfect bear you could ask for. I ordered 10 bears and after I opened my package I ordered 4 more and I know there will be many more to come.
The Customer Service is second to none. This company believes in doing whatever it takes to make things right. When you email with an issue you have a person get back to you right away and you always are communicating with the same person and never rotated around the office. My customer service person was, Ira. Ira went above and beyond and took it to the next level of customer satisfaction of what needed to be done. Ira wasted no time and had this matter investigated, all of our duck in a row, and together we solved in two days. Bukowski could teach a lot of other companies what customer service is supposed to be. I cannot praise Ira and the people of Bukowski enough. This is the next level customer service.
