Return Policy
We are dedicated to making sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept any returns as long as the product is in new condition and all tags are attached.
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product, please contact us at your earliest convenience for an exchange.

Shipping Policy
We are excited to fulfill all orders by hand and ship every Monday through Friday. Orders received will be shipped with USPS First Class Mail between 2 to 3 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday – excluding holidays.
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Bukowski Bears will contact you if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise.
