I purchased Cute Tomtenisse for my little Granddaughter, together with 5 of Tomtenisse's friends. Each one is cuter than the next and I have no doubt that my Granddaughter will be very pleased with her new companions. However, beyond their engaging products, Bukowski stands apart for their high level of customer relations. I experienced a problem with half of my order not arriving as expected.
