Quality not good

I purchased this bear for my new grand daughter. I was very disappointed when I received it. The fur was flat, one leg is longer than the other and the ears are much smaller that what is shown on the online picture. For the price, I was just not impressed. The tail is practically non existent. My first reaction was just disappointment when I opened it. They show a distinct tail in the online picture but the bear I received did not look like that.

He is just as cute as pictured. He came quickly and is very comforting.

Poor packaging

I ordered Colin bear for my new grandson named, of course, Colin. Based on the Instagram and Facebook ads I believed Bukowski Bears was a high-end, established brand. I received the bear in a plastic bag. No box, no cushioning. It was not too deformed when it arrived but I had to adjust the bear to fluff it up again. To be consistent with the brand image and marketing I believe that the packaging should be much nicer. The Colin bear itself is cute but a little vintage looking. Not quite as cute as the picture on Instagram. Just left a poor impression When the expectation based on Instagram ads was quite high.
