My daughter fell in love with this bear online. I purchased the bear January 9th, 2025. Today is January 23, 2025 THE BEAR HAS NOT ARRIVED!! Her birthday is on the 25th in 2 days. On the 21st I sent and email to Bukowskibears stating the product has not arrived and in fact shipped to the state I live in and the got shipped to a different state with NoReply. Now today it says in the tracking that delivery is delayed. It was supposed to arrive January 16th, 2025. I was extremely excited for this Bear and now my daughters will have her heart broken and I can’t event tell her when or if it will arrive.
He is perfect. Shipping took 3 days; he was very safely packaged :3! I want to buy 1000000 of them.
