Ranger

I have very specific standards for stuffed animals: They have to have a sweet face but not cloyingly so. I want them to be floppy so if they are being held, they flop realistically but they should still have some weight to them so it feels like you’re holding something of substance. The fur should be super soft (and high quality? but a shorter pile because if it’s too long it gets matted too quickly. Many bonus points for different fur textures, especially paw pads — which should also be soft.

Out of all the brands (Jellycat, Gund, etc.), this is the first stuffed animal I’ve ever seen to ever hit all of those requirements. The closest ideal floppiness I’ve seen is the Smudge Jellycat line, but that could use a tiny more stuffing in the body. That’s why this bear is perfect: The exact right amount of stuffing while still maintaining its floppiness. There are multiple luxurious textures, making it both sensory-pleasing and aesthetically so. Its face is classically sweet. It is the perfect bear.

My only wish is that it was bigger.! Making an 18” version in the exact same furs, textures, look and weight distribution would make this the best bear ever.

Ranger is a lovely teddy bear!! He’s so soft & understuffed to make the best cuddle companion. I would recommend this teddy for all ages. He is a nice size & has a precious face.

Beautiful little bear with nice soft fur, I did have to give him a snout trim he had some 5 o'clock shadow, but I think its very well made and lovely!

The quality in this beat is amazing! Extremely soft!! I would love this one in an even larger size! Everyone needs one!
